In 1972 - 1966 the Franklin Mint issued 56 coins representing the men that signed the Declaration of Independence. Condition - Gem Brilliant, uncirculated in perfect condition, sealed in never opened plastic. Some scuffing and a section of the plastic case is broken - 1 owner.
