Up for sale is the International Society Of Postmasters Official Gold on Silver Proofs Of The World's First Stamps. Please note that there are only 21 stamps and this set is INCOMPLETE. Hopefully this will help someone else complete a set of their own. These stamps were struck at the FRANKLIN MINT. Please refer to the pictures provided so you will see exactly what you will be getting. Also, there are some imperfections and shelf wear on the front and back cover.
