Lot of 22 Franklin Mint Sterling Silver 500-Grain. C h r i s t m a s Ingots. Dates on these ingots are 1971 thru 1993, but there is no 1988 ingot. The 1971 ingot box had a little damage on the inside where the ingot rests (see pictures) but the ingot itself was not damaged.

I think the ingot got pushed down too hard and it broke the plastic molded platform where the ingot laid inside the box. Most boxes have an informational insert that tells a little story about the design behind the ingot. Please see pictures for a couple examples of those inserts.
