This set has been in my possession from New and is Like New. Ordered from the Franklin Mint when announced the set is serial number 1084. Each plate on the back is serialized with 1084.

The plates in the set are John Hancock, John Adams, Thomas Jefferson and Caesar Rodney. The Cesar Rodney is the rarest plate of all. To have all 4 plates with the same serial number, 1084, makes this complete set far more valuable that just the plates individually. In addition included will be the Certificate of Authenticity for each plate showing the serial number 1084. You will also receive the 2 page booklet that accompanied each plat describing the plate scene depicted.

Complete sets will all documentation from new with one owner literally do not exist anymore.
