The National Governors' Conference 50 Sterling Silver Coin Medal Set by Franklin Mint, First Edition/First Day of Issue. The set contains all 50 coins. It contains 49 of the 50 insert cards. The insert card missing is for Pennsylvania. Also we had to take Pennsylvania Medal out so we could get an accurate weight on the coins. The coin has been taped back, on the back side, to its card. All coins are in good condition for their age. Some have some minor typical discoloration, but I did not notice any major discoloration. All medals are in similar condition as the ones pictured. The folder does show signs of wear with some discoloration on back and front covers and pages.

All plastic sleeves are secure but do have some dust like material on some of them (please see the pictures, so of this may wipe off) The folder does have a minor vintage smell. Each coin weighs approximately 25 grams and is. Guaranteed to be Authentic, Sterling Silver. Approximate measurements of the folder 17.25" x 10.5" x 3.25. Each coins overall diameter is approximately 38.5 or 1.52mm.
