1970 America in Space First Edition Set of 24 Medals Silver Franklin Mint
The is the First Edition of 1970. There are a total of 24 Sterling Silver Medals each weighing approximately. He put the book in one of those'anti tarnish' bags, similar to the ones used for Sterling Silver flatware. I believe there is very little toning except on some edges because of that. There are four 3-4 inch long black magic marker lines on the inside back cover.
You can faintly see a very topical scratch on three of them. I've included pictures to show the issue. In no way we're the coins compromised. If you need anymore pictures let me know. Total weight of all medals are 21 oz.
