Complete set of 20 sterling silver Project Apollo medallions, each one containing a small amount of metal flown to the moon on Apollo 13. This set comes with the medal holder & album cover with certificate of authenticity attached to the inside of the cover.

Also comes with the original letter from the Franklin Mint sending the medals as well as the follow up letter explaining that the original set of medals was going to be replaced by Franklin Mint as well as the letter sending the replacements. In the replacement letter, The Franklin Mint tells the recipient that the new medals with flown metal will have a small letter "f" on the back with a horizontal line over it. Every one of these medals has the f with the line above it, indicating that the medals were made with actual metal flown to the moon on Apollo 13. Tarnish around the edge of some of the medals.
