Plastic rounds containing the coins have never been opened. The book itself has only. Light amount of wear and yellowing (on the paper pages). 7 of the coins look perfect. 5 of the coins have small "spots" on the metal, which I assume are just tarnish and could be polished off, but I don't want to open the plastic rounds myself; possibly those rounds were not completely air-tight.
